Josie is a fantastic realtor! My partner and I began searching for a home last summer and were lucky to have met Josie at an open house. Unlike our previous realtor, she wasn’t pushy and always had our best interest at heart - we toured several houses where she pointed out flaws we hadn’t noticed. And because she lives in the area, she knows the market very well and knows roughly how much a house will go for (hint: it’s always higher). She’s also very responsive which is a must in this crazy market where homes get sold over a weekend. Once our offer was accepted, Josie walked us through the entire process in great detail - we really appreciated this as we are first time homeowners and didn’t know what to expect. She was able to recommend good, but not overly expensive home inspectors, oil inspectors, etc. In the end, it only took us 2 months to find a place we loved. We’re thrilled with our new house and couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

Josie was amazing and highly recommended! She spent about a year going to house after house until we found the right deal. When we did find the right one we went to see it within an hour of it coming on the market and closed the deal immediately. Without a quick response we wouldn't have gotten the stellar deal - and in this market time is everything. She is quick to respond via text or phone, very through, and objective when it comes to making the purchase. I always felt like she had my best interests at hand and never pushed me to get into a deal just so she can close on it. She was always looking for what is best for our family, goals, and circumstances. To me, these are the most important things in an agent.
